Running Workshops are designed to help young athletes achieve the next level of performance. In particular, we teach how to perform a running specific warm up that includes a full range of running drills to benefit technique and efficiency. We then train athletes using intervals, hills, continuous running and fartlek methods, before concluding with an effective cool down. At each stage we take the opportunity to explore best practice, so each runner has something to take away with them. All work shops run from 9.30 – 12pm, with groups divided according to age, stage and ability.
